In 2004, I launched my real estate career, following over 25 years in the independent music business, and have been a full time REALTOR® ever since.

What started as a love of houses and how we live in them, became a desire to help others achieve their real estate goals. I don't see my job as selling homes, as much as educating and advising people. Helping them make the best possible decisions for themselves, negotiating on their behalf and protecting their interests throughout the process.

I care deeply about my client’s individual situations, their goals, and dreams. I understand that selling and/or buying a home can be complex and emotional. There is also a lot at stake, both financially and personally. This perspective on the process and the responsibility I feel towards my clients drives me to truly be an expert at my job.

I've spent over 16 years working across all of Los Angeles County and beyond. My success comes from a combination of market knowledge, personality, negotiating skills, the ability to navigate the turbulence in a transaction, keeping people and deals on track. A lot of what agents do sounds similar on paper but what sets them apart is how they do it and the resulting outcomes. I earn the respect of my clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and always offering direct and candid advice.

Returning to the Coldwell Banker family was an easy choice for me. I could see that my values of transparency, honesty, loyalty and always putting the client first, were being reflected back at me. After living in Utah, Northern California, Portugal, Spain, Idaho, and Oregon, I chose Los Angeles to be my home. I support several local organizations and charities, most notably Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment, who I am also grateful to represent in their acquisition of housing across Los Angeles County. I enjoy cooking, music, traveling, dining out, hiking, craft beer and wine, camping, art and above all, spending time with my daughter, Ashlyn, our dogs Max and Finn and my family and friends.
