1. The Government will market and sell the property with the following restrictions: a. The property cannot be used as a motel or any other type of habitation or dwelling of any kind, or as any tope of adult entertainment establishement, for a period of (5) years from the date of transfer of the property to the purchaser; and b. The motel which currently exists on the property must be demolished by the purchaser or his/her/its agent or assignee. Demolition must commence with in six (6) months of the date of transfer of the property, and be completed within one (1) year of the same date. 2. The Government will enforce the restrictions in Paragraphs (a) and (b), supra, via express terms in the contract of sale through kanguage that will survive the deed..
